Every order is manually processed within 10 business days after purchase. You will receive an email confirmation, along with the corresponding tracking number, once the order has been dispatched. Please note that during busy periods or due to COVID-19, this process may take longer.

All prints are shipped in hard cardboard tubes via DHL service, with insurance and tracking included.

Shipping is available worldwide. Customs fees may apply. Any duties, taxes, and charges related to import are not included in the item price and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Orders & Returns

All transcations are secure and processed through Stripe payments.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
Please do not accept damaged packages.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at studiohomami@gmail.com with details and pictures of the product and the defect.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


Please keep any artwork away from liquids, sharp objects, adhesives, and other sources of potential damage.

Prints should be unrolled as soon as possible and laid flat or sent directly for framing.

The cardboard tube used for transport is not suited for long-term storage.
